In Brazil, he heads NDG, a Branding agency that has been driving businesses and projects for over 15 years, connecting brands and people, generating results in different segments, with clients in Brazil, Portugal, Angola and the United States.
In its repertoire, actions developed for industry, retail, services, gastronomy, culture, events, transport and logistics, with deliveries for brands such as Claro, Coca-Cola, Super 8, Marriott, Toyota, Ambev, Samarco, Macon (Angola) among others.
Marcilio is a branding strategist certified by Harvard Business School and also CMO (Chief Marketing Officer) of 2 startups, one based in Brazil and the other in Canada, and co-author of the best seller "Find Your Brand - Volume III and Volume V".
